The Facilitator-Coach Community of Practice (COP)
You are invited to join the Coaching Circles Facilitator-Coach Community of Practice composed of students like you who have completed a training program with us. The Facilitator-Coach COP is designed for people who are actively designing and leading coaching circles and who share an interest in and commitment to:
- Exploring and inquiring about their practice
- Learning together from their experiences
- Developing their competence as practitioners
- Influencing and advancing the state of the art
- Extending their knowledge and action to other dimensions of their work.
The explicit purpose of the Facilitator-Coach COP is therefore to support the professional development and success of its members. Joining the community of practice gives you:
- Access to stimulating dialogues and practical ideas through online discussion groups
- Access to individual peers willing to share their experience, stories and expertise
- Exposure to leading edge thinking and resources that support the continuous development of coaching circles
- Nurturing relationships and friendships you can tap into to support your ongoing work and your new endeavors
You can request to join the COP once you have completed our facilitator-coach training, either the 3 day experiential class or the e-learning course.
