Proof of Integral Coaching in Action

I participated in Coaching Circles not long after completing the Professional Coaching Course (New Ventures West). It was such a beautiful opportunity to continue my development and see how we can take our integral work into teams – working in a coaching circle is such wonderful proof of integral coaching in action in community. In my business change work, we have found ways to build a team’s capacity, to have them develop and generate different outcomes together; a truly wholesome approach to making things happen in a truly developmental way within organisations who are learning that there are different ways to transform.
