WHAT ARE COACHING CIRCLES®?

Coaching Circles® are a trusting environment for a small group of peers to coach each other in exploring the challenges and complexities of their roles and in designing effective and authentic ways to achieve what matters most to them.

“You can focus on solutions and constantly be derailed by the complexity of human interaction, or you can focus on development and learn to deal with complexity by forming a range of responses to constantly evolving situations.”
Charles Brassard
Founder of Coaching Circles and Former New Ventures West Senior Faculty
